Целью технического задания было рациональное расширение мест хранения экспозиций. Система смешанной экспозиции (открытые витрины, закрытое хранение экспонатов) выводится в помещение холла и коридора в соответствии с пожарной безопасностью.
Уровень пола в геолого-минералогическом зале поднимаются на три ступени для возможности использовать нижний уровень для крупногабаритных экспонатов. Архитектурный облик помещений обусловлен использованием всех поверхностей в качестве размещения экспонатов.

The purpose of the terms of reference was to rationally expand the storage areas of expositions. The system of mixed exposition (open showcases, closed storage of exhibits) is displayed in the hall and corridor in accordance with fire safety.
The floor level in the geological and mineralogical hall is raised by three steps to be able to use the lower level for large-sized exhibits. The architectural appearance of the premises is due to the use of all surfaces as the placement of exhibits.
